A Winter Storm Watch has been issued by the National Weather Service from Sunday morning through late Sunday evening. Rain will change to snow Early Sunday with falling temperatures and extremely windy conditions. Snow accumulations are only expected to range from 1-3", but winds will gust to near or greater than 50 MPH at times. This will lead to white-out conditions Sunday afternoon and power outages may result from the high winds.
